Health and movement have always been part of my DNA. As a child, I was endlessly fascinated by how food and exercise could impact my energy, performance, and overall well-being. But like many, life took me on a journey that tested my health in ways I never expected.
My passion for travel and music led me from Australia to the UK, where I immersed myself in the fast-paced corporate music industry. It was exciting, but the high stress, long hours, and demanding lifestyle took a toll on my body and mind. I found myself disconnected, exhausted, and struggling with my health. A relationship breakdown and losing sight of my purpose only added to the weight I was carrying.
Determined to heal, I turned to holistic wellness, yoga, and nutrition—not as a quick fix, but as a way to rebuild myself from the inside out. Through years of study, self-discovery, and deep healing, I became a certified yoga teacher, integrative health practitioner, and advanced hormone health coach. What started as my personal journey evolved into a mission: helping others reclaim their health, vitality, and inner balance.
